We can't be more excited to share this pattern with you! Second in our series to celebrate Canada's 150th birthday, we made this as we love The Hip and want to say thank you for their 30+ years of services to rock and roll. We will donate all profits to the The Gord Downie and Chanie Wenjack Fund which is "part of Gord Downie’s legacy and embodies his commitment, and that of his family, to improving the lives of First Peoples". For more information on the charity please click here: https://www.downiewenjack.ca.
Please note this is not a product endorsed by the band but is just our way of saying thank you to Gord and the boys for making our lives better than they would have been otherwise.
No need to find all the threads, fabric, needles, pattern and hoop yourself- you can now get them all in a neat package. The kit includes:
・Two embroidery needles (If you are like me you are always dropping & losing them so I've included an extra!)
・One 8" wooden embroidery hoop
・The necessary threads
・One piece of 14 count Aida fabric
・One piece of natural calico to finish the back with
・And of course the pattern which was designed by myself
I am happy to customize and give you different colour threads or fabrics. Just ask!
Please send me a message if you are interested in buying the completed item and I would be happy to discuss your requirements. The PDF downloadable pattern is also available in the PATTERN section of our site.
